Song of the month: December

Sorry for the late monthly song update!
Last month, the list of songs that I listen to is vastly different from the kind of songs that I am used to listening.

1) 可惜没如果 by 林俊杰
By Singapore's very own home-grown singer JJ Lin!
I listened to the song because of the music video...
And indeed, JJ Lin never fails to live up to his reputation.
Another song that brought tears to my eyes~~

2) Try by Jayesslee
The bad news is...when Jayesslee is going to Singapore, I will still be here in Taiwan..
However, the good news is, JAYESSLEE IS COMING TO TAIWAN!!!
I was ecstatic when I heard of the news, and immediately bought tickets to their show.
Even though it is pricy, considering the location of the show.
But oh well!!!
Love this song because I think the lyrics is very meaningful.
And of course, definitely love Jayesslee's rendition of it!

3) 不搭 by 李荣浩
He is definitely one of the most popular new singer out in the market right now.
I don't usually listen to such songs, but somehow his songs just have that attractive factor that got me hooked.
Not the loud kind of music, quiet and soothing.
This is one of my favourites from him!

4) 《像天堂的悬崖》by 李佳薇
One of the best live singer I have ever heard.
She sounds just like her CD.

Advertorials: Bimba Y Lola Spring/Summer 2015

The cooooooold winter~~
Well, I know there is not winter in Singapore...
But because I am currently living in Taiwan,
I get to experience 'winter' here,
though it is not as cold as the rest of the other countries around...

Looking forward to summer?

Get whisked away on a Tropicana vacation with BIMBA Y LOLA’s capsule Soft Collection leather goods this Spring/Summer 2015.

Tropical landscapes, exotic wildlife and visually arresting fruit paint the collection and serve as vivid references to Brazil’s carnivalesque atmosphere, unique mixed-race culture and famed beaches, Ipanema and Copacabana.
These prints also hark back to the era and effervescent style of iconic Carmen Miranda, which brilliantly contrasts with the serenity found in the minimalistic lines uncovered in Brasilia’s architecture, as reflected in the collection.

BIMBA Y LOLA combines cleaner, simpler silhouettes with neoprene and stretch cotton fabrics for a dynamic fashion showcase that unveils a fascinating study in contrasts. Geometric prints artfully create a colour block effect, and alternate with beautiful prints of toucans, polka dots and exotic women for a tropical collection reminiscent of feisty, Brazilian women.

The fiesta is raring to go. Spring/Summer 2015 brings together bold colour, novel flavour, raw nature and distinctive Brazilian tradition for a resonant collection. Tropicana is created for independent, intellectual women who seeks out fashion as an imaginative means of escape, who derives joy from establishing her sense of self, whilst adding a slice of fun and youthful exuberance to her everyday life.

BIMBA Y LOLA’S S/S 2015 Collection is in stores from February 2015.
